Processor Agreement

Once you enter personal data into our program, we are a processor that processes personal data on your behalf. It is therefore mandatory to conclude a processor agreement. We have a version for free use and a version for paid use of our program. 

Does your organization have its own processor agreement? Usually, we can sign that.

Servers in the Netherlands

All our servers are located in the Netherlands. We have implemented extensive physical, organizational, and technical security measures. These measures are aimed at preventing unauthorized access to data.

How to work safely in your account:

Safe login (also 2FA/SSO)

You are 'in control' and receive management over your user account in Laposta. Do you want to add an extra security step to your login procedure? You can easily activate two-factor authentication (2FA) and link it to a verification app of your choice.

Multiple users or logins

Every user of your Laposta account can work with their own login name and password. That's much safer.

Security and Reliability

We take all necessary measures to ensure the security of our customers' data and to allow our services to continue uninterrupted. We have the security of our systems tested multiple times a year. At status.laposta.nl, you can always see the status of our servers.

Return and Deletion of Personal Data

Upon termination of a contract, all data will be permanently deleted by Laposta. You will have the opportunity to export the data before the end of the contract.
