With a subscription, you may also use our telephone support.

There is no Laposta reference at the bottom of your newsletters.

Always a suitable pricing tier
The height of your subscription rate only depends on the number of active relationships you have. We do not charge any startup costs or fees for email bundles. Based on the number of active relationships you have or expect to get, you will be assigned to a rate group. Here you can read how the rate for a subscription is determined.

This is how you subscribe
You can convert your free account into a paid subscription yourself. To do this, go to the Subscription page in your account and click the button to purchase a subscription. You select the desired pricing tier, click the confirmation button, and: your subscription is immediately active. You get your subscription free for the rest of that month and pay afterwards by invoice via the email you receive.

If you have a paid account with Laposta, you can also take advantage of extra features, such as having a customized template developed, following a training course, implementing a contact center, or activating Single Sign-on.

We are happy to provide one or more customized online training sessions in your organization on the use of Laposta.
Single Sign-on
If your organization works with Single Sign-on (SSO), you can securely access multiple applications with one set of login credentials and one SSO application. This includes Laposta.
Whether or not to track, the choice is yours.
Many users of Laposta find it important to be able to see the results of sent newsletters. Therefore, Laposta records the behavior of your recipients in various ways.
Meet Joe
With a custom template of the type Joe, you really go pro. This type of template is custom designed and programmed by our designers. You can incorporate all your branding elements: fonts, different types of buttons, lines or images, and content blocks that are entirely tailored to your taste.
Contact center
Do you send different types of newsletters and want your contacts to be able to subscribe and unsubscribe themselves? Then a contact center is a real solution.
Management environment
If you have multiple types of newsletters and lists and want to separate access to those relationships and campaigns, or need more clarity in your accounts, you can add a (free) management environment.
