Subprocessors

Laposta may use sub-processors to provide its services. These sub-processors may have access to the personal data entrusted to us.

Overview of Subprocessors

We work with the following subprocessors:

BIT B.V., Ede, Netherlands, KvK 09090351. This organization provides hosting services. We have concluded a data processing agreement with BIT, which stipulates that all data is stored in the Netherlands. BIT's complete services are ISO/IEC 27001 (and NEN 7510) certified.

TransIP B.V., Leiden, Netherlands, KvK 24345899. This organization provides hosting services. We have concluded a data processing agreement with TransIP, which stipulates that all data is stored in the Netherlands. TransIP's complete services are ISO/IEC 27001 (and NEN 7510) certified.

Postmastery B.V., Amsterdam, KvK 56177488. This organization provides technical support for sending and delivering emails. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Postmastery, which stipulates that all data is stored in the European Union. It also includes the technical and organizational measures Postmastery has taken with regard to data security.
