Do you have any questions about our program after reading our documentation? Feel free to send us an email, our helpdesk is ready to assist you. 

Send your question to helpdesk@laposta.nl. Please mention your account number (you can see this number on the left side of your screen when you are logged in, or at the top right if you are using Laposta on your mobile phone). 

Extra service with a paid account

Do you have a subscription or have purchased more than 10,000 credits this year? Then you can also make use of our phone support. Our helpdesk is available on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00 at 0575 - 57 32 16. Keep your account number handy.

Tip: if you use the voicemail function, you will receive instructions via email to continue working directly and/or we will call you back.

Received spam?

We do our utmost to prevent our users from sending unsolicited emails. Unfortunately, it occasionally happens that a customer does not adhere to the rules.

Have you received spam through our system? Please forward your email to: abuse@laposta.nl

We will then check what is going on, and if spam is confirmed, we will make it clear to our customer that this is not acceptable. In the case of deliberate violations, the account will be closed.
