Autoresponders & flows in automations

Would you like to work with automated funnels, or for example send a welcome email automatically when someone signs up? Then use an automation: a series in which you automatically send one or more newsletters based on the characteristics or behavior of contacts.

Ready to get started?

You assemble an automation to your liking and can make it as short or as extensive as you want. You decide based on which action an autoresponder starts and choose one or more start moments for it: 

  • Sign up: your automation starts as soon as there is a new registration in a list of your choice;

  • Modify: your automation starts if a field (of your choice) of a contact in a list (of your choice) changes;

  • Open: your automation starts as soon as a campaign (of your choice) or an email from an automation is opened;

  • Click: your automation starts as soon as a link (of your choice) is clicked in a campaign (of your choice) or an email from an automation.

  • Date/time: your automation starts when a specific date is reached in a date field (of your choice) of a list (of your choice). 

When you set up an automation, your newsletters are sent at the moment that you previously determine, and you do not have to do anything more about the sending.

Automations are frequently used by our customers for welcome emails, the sending (and follow-up on it) of an e-book, and for the signup and confirmation procedures of events. With automations, you can also personalize and segment your emails.
