Management environment

If you have multiple types of newsletters and lists and you want to separate access to those relationships and campaigns, or if you need more overview of your accounts, you can add a (free) management environment.

You can see this as an umbrella over multiple accounts. In it, all accounts of your organization are gathered together and you have, among other things, central user management for all those accounts. From that central environment, you have direct access to all your accounts, where each component has its own environment with its own users/logins, own relationships, and own campaigns.

In a management environment, you get:

  • a overview of the available accounts with their characteristics (usage, costs, etc);

  • direct access to the different accounts in the role of 'administrator';

  • central user management and for example, you can grant users with their own set of login credentials access to multiple accounts;

  • the ability to require two-step verification for specific or all accounts;

  • access to create new accounts yourself, in which templates and other presets (see the explanation below) can be prepared;

  • the option to set up billing (if desired) per account.

Additional presets for each new account

If you want, you can have us activate a number of presets in your management environment. Each time you create a new account from your management environment, these settings will already be properly configured in that new account, allowing your colleagues to get started right away. You have the following options:

  • Template pre-fill: if you work with a custom template within your organization, you can have that template automatically and directly placed in an account that you create new.

  • Sender address pre-fill: you can place one or more sender addresses directly in a new account, for example, to be able to activate authentication immediately or to send from a special subaccount.

  • Privacy options tracking pre-fill: if you do not want to fully track the results of all campaigns in your organization, you can ensure that the tracking option that is desirable in your organization is activated.

  • Activate SSO for all accounts: if you use Single Sign-on, you can have this activated immediately when creating a new account.

  • Hide all drag & drop templates when creating a campaign: do you want your colleagues in their account to only select your custom template (of the type Joe) when creating their campaign? Then you can enforce that no drag & drop template is shown or can be selected in all accounts.

  • Hide all ready-made drag & drop templates when making a campaign: if you want your colleagues to only choose a template that is custom-made for your organization in the drag & drop editor, but no standard template is allowed to be selected, then we can set that option in advance when you create a new account.

The management environment is free and is available if you have multiple paid accounts; you only pay for the (paid) accounts that are placed in it.
