Safe login

You are 'in control' and have management over your user account in Laposta. Do you want to add an extra security step to your login procedure? You can easily activate two-step verification (2FA) yourself and link it to a verification app of your choice. Highly recommended for anyone who likes to work safely!

Two-step verification is also known as 'verification in two steps' or 'authentication in two steps' (and in English it is usually called 'two-step verification', 2FA). It is an extra step when logging in, which makes your account better protected.

Usually, you log in with your login and password. If you have enabled two-step verification, as an extra step you will then be asked to enter a code. You can receive that code on your mobile phone, via the authenticator app of your choice and/or via SMS. This means that it is not enough for someone else to know your login and password; physical possession of your phone is now also needed to access your account. This makes logging in much safer.

You can activate two-step verification yourself in your account and you will be guided step by step through the sign-up procedure. 

With a paid account, you can require two-step verification for all users of your account(s). If you have a paid subscription with Laposta and your organization uses single sign-on, you can also add your login for Laposta to your SSO application.
