Multiple users or logins
Every user of your Laposta account can work with their own login name and password. It's safer this way, as you wouldn't want to share your own username and password.
Three users / unlimited number of users
In a free account, three different users can work; in a paid account, an unlimited number of users can be accommodated. You can easily create new users in your account and let the new user set and activate their own password.
Every user can activate two-step verification themselves. If you wish, you can also make 2FA mandatory for every user.
Rights and roles
With a paid account, every user can be assigned a custom role. This allows you to restrict access to specific functionalities and data in your account. It reduces the chance of unintentional changes and provides you with additional options to limit access to data in your account.
You can set these rights and roles for a user per account. If you want to restrict permissions for specific lists and/or campaigns in the account, you can do this by working with multiple (paid) accounts; components that need to be separated can be housed in a separate account. Each account has its own users who have access to all components of that account. To manage these different accounts, a (free) management environment is available.
