Construction pieces in automations

With Laposta's automations, you can automate repetitive tasks. Once you have determined a starting moment, you can easily manage complex processes with building blocks such as email sending, notifications, and profile updates. You can also strategically place pauses and wait times between different actions. With the "if/then" logic, you can customize routes within your automations based on actions that your relationship does or does not take. 

Assemble your automatic flow yourself 

Once you have determined the starting moment (or multiple starting moments), you can set up your automation(s) according to your own preferences. To do this, you link the actions you need by dragging and dropping them onto the spot where you want them. In this way, you can combine and alternate building blocks as you like, for example, to send multiple emails, modify the profile of relationships, or place pauses in your flow.
 

You can assemble an automation with these building blocks:

• Send email
  By dragging this block into the automation, you can indicate in which step of the automation you want to send an email. You can select previously created emails for this or create your own directly.
   

• Notification
  If you want to stay informed about the status of an automation, you can have a notification emailed to yourself (or someone else).
   

• Sign up
  You can use this building block to sign a relationship up in another relationship list and have extra fields match to enrich a profile.
   

• Unsubscribe
  If you want to move a relationship from one of your relationship lists to another in an automation, you use the unsubscribe building block for that.
   

• Change
  An automation is also very suitable for enriching or changing a relationship's profile, and exactly for that, you can set up this building block.
   

• Pause
  You can easily wait a few minutes, hours, days up to months until the next step in your automation is set by placing a specific pause.
   

• Wait until...
  If you prefer to define a specific moment when your relationship receives a new email from the automation, you can let an automation wait until a certain moment of your choosing.
   

• If/then
  If you want to create a split in your automation based on a characteristic of a relationship or specific response? Then you can use this building block to determine how your automation continues for relationships that do or do not meet those condition(s).
