What is conditional content?
Imagine you can create one newsletter campaign and still address different target groups with specific content based on their preferences and characteristics. With conditional content, also known as variable content or dynamic content, this is possible.
How does it work?
In Laposta, you place all your newsletter content in blocks. Conditional content allows you to display these blocks only to specific contacts who meet certain criteria. This means you can create one campaign and still customize it for different target groups without having to create multiple versions.
Here’s a little example. Suppose you create an internal newsletter for all employees of your organization. You have added the job title of your employees to the profile of your contacts. With conditional content, you can then, for instance, add two extra text blocks for executives and an extra image for other employees. Instead of making two separate versions, you can easily create one version and send it to the complete list. The blocks are automatically shown to the right people based on the specified criteria.
