Publish your campaigns

You can not only send your campaigns but also publish them online. This can be done outside of Laposta, for example on your website or social media. You can also export all your newsletters as a PDF file and in this way create a printed version of your campaign. 

Web version

A web version of each campaign is automatically created. There is a link in your newsletter so that your contacts can also view your campaigns in their browser. The web versions of your campaigns are published on a separate page within our system, where you can use and set your own hostname.  

Thanks to the web version, you can place all your newsletters on your own website. If you want, you can create your own archive page from that. You can also share the web version of your most recently sent campaign on your social media or, for example, as a link at the bottom of your email signature. 

It is also possible to request your sent newsletters via our API and display them. This does require a bit of programming work.

The web version of your campaign is always preserved. You therefore always have a complete archive of all your sent newsletters in your account.  

PDF file

You can export each campaign as a PDF file. If you work with a drag & drop template, then your newsletter will be placed on one page. If you really want a print-friendly version of your newsletter, it is better to work with a template of the type Joe, in which you can add so-called page breaks to better fill your newsletter in a PDF and to allow it to consist of multiple pages in that PDF.

All your campaigns are preserved in your account. This means you always have access to your complete archive of campaigns, with all corresponding web versions and PDF files.
