Subscribe directly to different (types of) newsletters
With the contact center, you have one place where contacts can sign up for various newsletters. It does not matter whether the data is stored in different lists, in a field of a list, or even in different accounts. Contacts also have the option to view and modify their current subscriptions.
Handy for example for a municipality that has a general newsletter as well as a newsletter for entrepreneurs or specific neighborhoods. Or for a publisher of magazines that has different titles for which contacts need to be able to sign up.
Configuring the contact center and maintaining it is custom work. The costs are 395 euros for the first year and then 295 euros per year (excluding VAT).
