New relationships

At Laposta, your relationship database is central. Easily add new contacts from spreadsheets and let visitors subscribe to your newsletters through your website, store, or social media. To facilitate this, various registration forms are ready for you with each relationship list, which you can easily customize yourself. You can also effortlessly connect your own relationship system to Laposta via our API.

Relationships and Mailing Lists

Manage your contacts in Laposta in organized lists. Create an unlimited number of lists and add fields as you wish, such as name, customer number, or areas of interest. Personalization and segmentation becomes a breeze. Laposta keeps a large number of statistics for you per list, so you have immediate insight into how often the relationships on your list(s) view your newsletters.

Registration Forms

With the registration forms in your relationship lists, you can quickly gather more readers for your newsletters. Those who register through such a form are automatically added to your relationship list. 

For each relationship list, Laposta automatically provides several registration forms that you can set up and use as you wish. This way, you have various options to let new relationships subscribe to your newsletter:

• The standalone registration form is readily available in your account with each relationship list. You can design and set up this form yourself without needing technical knowledge. You can use the link to this registration form on your website, digital signature, and social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram.

• The embedded registration form can be easily integrated into your website. You can also set up this ready-made form without technical knowledge and display it as a pop-up or slide-in on your site.

• If you have a website in WordPress, you can use various WordPress plugins to quickly place a ready-made embedded registration form on your website and automatically add registrations to your mailing list(s) in Laposta.

• Through ready-made connections , you can easily link your forms from packages like Hubspot, Gmail, or Salesforce, and various types of e-commerce software to your Laposta account.

• With the API, you can create a connection with your own CRM or CMS and 'under the hood' automatically exchange data between Laposta and your system. 

Relationships always sign up via single opt-in. If you have a paid account, you can optionally have it set up so that relationships can sign up via double opt-in. Additionally, with a paid account, it is possible to publish a contact center that allows relationships to subscribe to various types of newsletters in one environment. 

Importing Relationships and Lists from Excel

You can quickly expand your mailing lists by importing lists from a spreadsheet, such as Excel. That file can contain not only email addresses but also other relationship data (such as first name, last name, or age). During an import, relationships are automatically deduplicated, (new) relationship data can be adjusted automatically, and old relationships can be removed automatically.
