For example, you can quickly send a reminder of your latest newsletter to contacts who may have overlooked the original and target only that part of your contact list that has indicated a particular interest.  

Reaching a part of your mailing list with a segment

Do you want to send targeted newsletters to a part of your contact list? With Laposta, that’s no problem. You have extensive options for segmentation, allowing you to easily specify your target or mailing groups, divide them into groups, or filter them. For this, you have two methods (which you can also combine):

Segmenting based on relationship data

You can use all the data you have collected from a contact to segment. From email address and registration date to information entered by yourself (or the contact) such as first and last name, city of residence, gender, date of birth, working sector, customer number, and hobby. For example, you can send a newsletter about your store in Utrecht only to the field and segment ‘Utrecht’ that you created or send a certain internal newsletter only to employees who are younger than 32 years.

Segmenting based on campaign results

Do you only want to send a newsletter to those who did not open your previous newsletter or clicked on a specific link? Then you segment based on campaign results. We have twenty different types of campaign results to choose from for creating a segment.
